Tonkotsu Ramen Bar unveils its 12th branch in the vibrant locale of Walthamstow.

This relaxed eatery incorporates a mix of British influences with bold Japanese motifs The heart of the space revolves around a commanding open kitchen, where skilled chefs showcase their culinary prowess through live cooking. Tonkotsu Ramen on Hoe Street features an expansive 38-seat dining room, a cozy 6-seat ramen counter, and an inviting 10-seat outdoor area.

Stepping inside, guests are enveloped in a palette of bright
blues, vibrant pinks, and natural plywood accents. The open kitchen and bespoke furniture are elegantly clad in plywood, exuding a sense of warmth and craftsmanship.

A half-height mirror above the seating area reflects the natural
light streaming in through the full-length windows, while a meshed screen serves both as a visual barrier and a support for the overhead gantry. Bold patterns of hand-glazed tiles and striking geometric upholstery complement the warm wood tones and brass trims found throughout the restaurant, creating a dynamic and visually engaging ambiance.

When the decision was made to expand into Walthamstow, Tonkotsu Ramen enlisted the expertise of Blenheim Designers to craft and oversee the construction of the restaurant and bar.
