Ken and Emma, the duo behind Tsuru Sushi and Tonkotsu Ramen, collaborated with Blenheim Design to revamp an old sushi spot into a chic ramen joint.

The outcome is a breezy, well-lit restaurant featuring new mezzanine level and delicate Japanese accents. Slate, Japanese plaster, sturdy oak, and George Nelson pendants harmonize to craft a unique Japanese steampunk ambiance.
