The new Sushi Yoshi concept design in Saudi Arabia is created with well-traveled, hip and trendy Saudi professionals and families in mind.
Saudi Brothers commissioned Blenheim Design to refresh Interior design of Sushi Yoshi.
The new Sushi Yoshi design is created with well-traveled, hip and trendy Saudi Arabian professionals and families in mind.
The new Sushi Yoshi concept is more dramatic, lighter and brighter version of sushi specialised restaurants within Saudi Arabia. Double height entrance features a giant corrugated paper sculpture of the kokeshi doll as well as pale timber structure trailing across the walls and ceiling.
The high ceilings of the restaurant have allowed for the creation of a visually dramatic interior. Individual areas have been given their own character with visual harmony across the whole scheme.
Areas are differentiated by bespoke and playful screens. Shattered concrete plinths with koinobori fish suspended on coloured ropes give positive nod to the Japanese culture and youth.
